From spreads to ice creams, cookies, and even a Cadbury bar, Biscoff is no stranger to a collab.

Made by Lotus Bakeries, the Belgian speculoos biscuit is named Biscoff for good reason. It’s meant to be a combination of ‘biscuit’ and ‘coffee,’ as it was first designed (back in 1932) to be paired with the caffeinated drink.

Now, Biscoff has teamed up with Toblerone to launch a dreamy new product: the Biscoff Toblerone Diamond Truffles.

While it might not be the traditional Toblerone shape, instead made up of smaller chocolates, it retains much of the traditional flavour.

This time around, there’s a caramelised biscuit filling (that’ll be the Biscoff), along with honey and almond nougat pieces many of us associate with the mountain-shaped chocolate, modelled on the Matterhorn in the Alps.

The product is already available at the likes of Tesco, where it retails for £6 for one 180g packet, while Ocado and Sainsbury’s are charging £6.75.

While it might seem completely bonkers to start talking about Christmas in August, the product has been released with the most wonderful time of the year in mind.

The description says the chocolates are ‘packed with luxury deliciousness as a sweet present,’ and ‘perfect for gifting or sharing at special gatherings.’ They also promise to ‘bring joy to every festive moment.’

What have people said?

Now, it’s safe to say foodies have been raving about the news. Over on the @uknewestfoods Instagram, @tanbraine described Toblerone as ‘one of’ their ‘faves,’ while @emily_jaines_insta said ‘these are a need.’

‘Biscoff lovers will love them. Super creamy, crunchy and packed with that classic Biscoff flavour,’ @sweetreviewsuk wrote.

‘I personally felt like I need[ed] more Toblerone to come through but that might just be me.’

However, much has been made about the price, as the same creator said paying £6.80 for one box is absolutely ‘crazy money.’

They added: ‘Really enjoyed trying them, but I personally wouldn’t buy them again at that price.’ @kyroseven agreed, noting they’ll ‘definitely wait until they’re on offer to even consider it.’

Biscoff fans have spotted other branded collaborations of late, including the new Cadbury Biscoff-filled Baubles (yes, in the summer), which were labelled ‘delicious’ with ‘so much filling’ by @newfoodsuk.

The baubles are essentially spherical Biscoff-filled Creme Eggs, and they’re available to buy online now at Cadbury Gifts. They’re expected to hit supermarket shelves very soon.

And who could forget the Cadbury Biscoff bar? Launched in 2025, it promised to combine two of the most iconic flavours – but it’s safe to say fans were a little disappointed with it at the time.

Nonetheless, Biscoff also does its own version of chocolate: the Milk Chocolate with Biscoff Spread.

The bar is basically a very thick layer of Biscoff spread encased in creamy milk chocolate, with some added crunchiness of the biscuit itself. It’s chunky, at a similar size to M&S’s Big Daddy bars.

This bar has Biscoff inside in spades, and it’s a more dominant flavour, which is what Cadbury fans were complaining about previously.

Other foodie news

Elsewhere in the world of chocolate news, last month, M&S revived four retro chocolate bars: Jet, Now, Sparks, and Coconut Grove.

First sold as part of M&S’ 80s confectionery range, they’re a welcome return for those who remember snacking on them the first time around.

The bars, which are priced at just £1 each, feature the St Michael logo — a brand owned and used by M&S between 1927 and 2000.

The supermarket says the new chocolates build on the hype around Take 4, the four-finger wafer bar that returned to stores last winter.

M&S also took to Instagram to announce the release of Collection Single Origin Dark Chocolate with Mint, which it dubbed ‘the most luxuriously creamy, minty bar you could treat yourself to.’

‘Crafted from rich 85% Peruvian dark chocolate with a drop or two of Indian mint oil, we won’t blame you for snapping off a square every time you walk past,’ added the retailer.

Priced at £3 each, the 100g bars are now available to buy in stores.
