Texas dad crushed to death by 'rotting' pecan tree while eating at BBQ joint

Kirk Foyle, 64, was brutally killed whilst enjoying a family meal after he was flattened by a deteriorating pecan tree. Now, Foyle's family blame the restaurant, citing gross negligence.
