Hit PlayStation 5 Action Game Gets Its Biggest Update Yet Alongside Complete Edition

Super Evil Megacorp is bringing one of the biggest updates yet to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Splintered Fate. The roguelike brawler is getting a new complete edition bundle packed with content, improvements, and more for PS5 players. The new bundle arrives just in time for the game’s latest free update and new DLC packs.

TMNT: Splintered Fate – King’s Gambit Update is available for free download to existing owners. It promises to finish the main game’s story nearly three years after its release. It features the Rat King as the ultimate enemy of the heroic group.

However, players will need to defeat Shredder multiple times and successfully rescue Master Splinter before facing the new boss. The Rat King can summon other bosses during his fight, making him a formidable foe. It also adds Pepperoni, who will appear around the lair.

What’s included in the TMNT: Splintered Fate Complete Edition and major PS5 update?

A new character DLC adds Slash as the eighth and final new playable member of the team. Slash adds a fresh dimension to the gameplay with his strength. The DLC also includes five brand-new Artifacts. Further, Slash comes with an Enraged mode, which allows him to move faster and deal extra damage for a short period.

A new DLC called the Samurai Armor Pack is also available, adding new armor for all four original Turtles and additional DLC characters.

All of the mentioned content will be available in the new TMNT: Splintered Fate Platinum Bundle. The new package includes all content released for the game to date. This includes Slash, Casey Jones & the Junkyard Jam, Metalhead, Alopex, the Samurai Armors, and every free update.

TMNT: Splintered Fate was released in 2023 to positive reviews on smartphones. The game arrived on PS4 and PS5 in 2025, bringing its Junkyard Jam DLC and other goodies.
