Gemma Collins, 45, reveals she lost 8kg in the jungle

Gemma Collins is renown for being one of the most iconic I’m A Celebrity stars ever after her bombshell three-day exit.

However, the TOWIE icon, 45, is on a path to prove people wrong on the new All Stars South Africa series on ITV.

So far this series, fans have already claimed that they are ‘rooting for her’ despite some initial backlash.

Now, however, Gemma has revealed how much weight she has dropped during the show, which was filmed in September 2025.

Speaking to OK! magazine, she said: ‘When they weighed me I’d lost 1st 4lb (8kg)’.

The TV personality, who briefly took Mounjaro injections ahead of the show but was forced to stop due to a gallbladder attack, also described the experience as the ‘best digital detox and spiritual healing’.

On Tuesday night’s episode, Gemma turned heads when she tackled a gruelling eating trial.

Joined by Craig Charles, the pair ate Terror-ine, Fish Eye Pie and Bloody Moory shots, which are blended bull’s heart and bull’s blood.

Both decided to go for the full 30 shots with a race determining who will win the 30 points. Although viewers will have to find out who rises victorious tomorrow night.

Describing her performance, Mike wrote on X: ‘Got to say fair play to Gemma Collins, I thought of here we go again.. but that eating trial is brilliant tonight.

‘After tonight’s I’m A Celeb I’m rooting for Gemma Collins. She came back to prove herself and I admire that.’

‘Gemma is determined and asks everyone to see Gemma Collins, not the GC. Honestly, if she wins this eating trial, she’s my winner,’ TwellyWatcher also added.

This comes after the reality star caused drama before the show even began.

The Sun reported earlier this month Gemma accused Sinitta of leaking messages from the I’m a Celeb crew’s WhatsApp chat.

However, Sinitta has now come out swinging, and she’s clearly not interested in taking prisoners.

‘I’ve been accused of being the rat who’s been selling the WhatsApp stories… the only rat amongst us were those in the jungle,’ The Sun reports she said.

‘Gemma might be suffering a little hallucinogenically from all the, er, animal scrotums.’

Prior to her jungle return, Gemma has insisted she wouldn’t be quitting after just 72 hours this time around.

Speaking about her return Gemma said: ‘There is no way I am going to be leaving after 72 hours. I am in it to win it. I am going through to the end’.
