Morgan Stanley plans to establish a new U.S. hub in Dallas, a project expected to create more than 3,800 jobs and bring $684 million in capital investment, Gov. Greg Abbott announced Monday. “Texas is the financial capital of America,” Abbott said in a statement welcoming the expansion. “Opportunity’s address is now Y’all Street.” The state has offered Morgan Stanley a $43.85 million Texas Enterprise Fund grant and a $40,000 bonus tied to jobs created for veterans.
