Woman and five-month-old baby are killed after boat overturns near Statue of Liberty as desperate mission to save a dozen passengers is launched

Reports of the incident came in just before 10.30pm on Saturday, and multiple units, including FDNY, Harbor, Scuba and Aviation, responded to the scene.
