Vegas sheriff says cars used for street takeovers will be seized and destroyed

Well, it's something, I guess. The sheriff in Las Vegas has a plan to end the drag-racing portion of "teen takeovers" in his city, and it just might work. That's quite the deterrent. I mean, yeah, arrests would be nice. Convictions, nicer. Parents being held accountable ... even better. But this is a start.
