Two women dead and rescue operation underway after boat transporting '100 migrants' capsizes when they shifted to one side to board Spanish rescue boat

According to local reports, two women died and girl is in critical condition after the boat capsized at around 9:30am in the port of La Restinga on El Hierro, Canary Islands.
