TLDR

TRON’s blockchain has processed over $30 trillion in total transaction volume since launch. TRX trades at $0.3436, down 0.23% on the day, but stays above its 20, 50, and 200-day moving averages. TRON carries $94 billion in circulating USDT, the largest stablecoin supply on any chain. Canary Capital launched a Staked TRX ETF (TRXS) in September 2026, expanding institutional access. An analyst flagged TRX sitting at a “make-or-break zone” that could lead to a breakout.

TRON DAO confirmed this week that its blockchain has settled more than $30 trillion in total transaction volume since it launched in 2018. Founder Justin Sun compared the figure to the annual output of the U.S. economy in 2025.

The network now counts over 405 million user accounts and more than 15 billion total transactions. Total value locked on TRON sits above $28 billion, according to TRONSCAN data.

TRON also holds the largest circulating supply of USDT among all blockchains, at $94 billion. Token Terminal data shows TRON leads every network in USDT transfer volume this year, with roughly $6 trillion moved and an average daily transfer volume of $25 billion.

Payment activity is growing too. CoinDesk Research reported that crypto payment card volumes rose from $2 billion in the first quarter of 2026 to $2.4 billion in the second quarter. TRON’s share of that volume climbed from 33% to 34%, the highest of any chain tracked.

Institutional Access Expands

Canary Capital launched the Canary Staked TRX ETF, trading under the ticker TRXS, in September 2026. TRX spot and futures products are also listed on Bitnomial, a U.S.-regulated derivatives exchange.

Anchorage Digital expanded its support for TRON with native TRX staking and custody for TRC-20 assets. The Tokenized Hamilton Lane SCOPE Fund also became the first Securitize-issued asset on the TRON network.

TRON was named among the top five protocols in the newly launched S&P Pantera Digital Asset Index, a benchmark built by S&P Dow Jones Indices and Pantera Capital.
