A significant appeal of The Voice is its celebrity coaches. While the show has become a bit of a revolving door of talent, watching four superstar singers compete against one another to assemble the best possible roster to mentor and ultimately win is entertainment. Their banter is what keeps the show going. In a sense, it's truly the main focus of the program.
