The ‘Survivor 50’ Cast Might Be the Boldest Yet, but Their Odds of Winning Aren’t as Strong as They Think

While there are so many intense reality shows airing right now, none are as difficult as Survivor. Created by Charlie Parsons, this hit CBS series puts its contestants through nonstop psychological gameplay and intense physical challenges to eventually find each installment's "Sole Survivor." Because of this series' nonstop difficulty its winners are lauded as some of the genre's absolute best, with (almost) all remembered as absolute heavyweights...which makes it almost impossible for them to win if they get the chance to return. There are outliers — well, there's really only one — but especially for the recent wins, each returnee season has seen winners get immediately targeted and booted before they can even hope for a second triumph. This is unfortunate for any winner who hopes to come back, and it means that if Kyle Fraser and Dee Valladareswant any chance to win the upcoming Survivor 50, they'll have to do one thing: come off as weak as absolutely possible.
