Family Feud is one of the longest-standing game shows on broadcast TV. Like fan favorites Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!, Family Feud has a lasting legacy in the entertainment industry. The series first aired in 1976, and while the rules have remained relatively the same since its inception, cultural shifts have meant a change in hosting style, and we're lucky that current host Steve Harvey understands how inappropriate it would be to kiss the contestants in order to make them feel relaxed.
