The Sorceress Revealed In He-Man Film Cards

A first look at Morena Baccarin’s outfit as The Sorceress has been revealed via tie-in merchandise from the upcoming live-action “Masters of the Universe” feature at Amazon MGM Studios.

The Travis Knight-directed film will have many collectibles and merchandising tie-ins that will be released alongside it, ranging from apparel to Funko Pop figures and more.

A tie-in version of the UNO card game is also on the way and images from it have been posted by fansite He-Mania showing off looks at Baccarin’s Sorceress, James Wilkinson as Mekaneck, Jon Xue Zhang as Ram Man, James Apps as Spikor and Hafthor Bjornsson as Goat Man.

The Sorceress was only seen in eagle form and briefly from behind in shots from the film’s teaser trailer. The character, one of the three most powerful beings in Eternia, resides in Castle Grayskull and serves as the guardian of the mysterious fortress’s secrets.

While promoting CBS’ “Sheriff Country” last year, the actress revealed she and her brother grew up watching the original cartoon and called it “a really big part of my childhood”.

“Masters of the Universe” also stars Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man, Jared Leto as Skeletor, Camila Mendes as Teela, Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms, Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Sam C. Wilson as Trap Jaw, Kojo Attah as Tri-Klops, James Purefoy as King Randor, Charlotte Riley as Queen Marlena, and Kristin Wiig as the voice of Roboto.

“Masters of the Universe” is set to hit cinemas on June 5th 2026.
