Robby is going on sabbatical, or so he claims, after The Pitt season 2, and the question of how Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center will survive without him has come up repeatedly. While Robby doesn't have much faith in Dr. Al-Hashimi or anyone else in the cast of The Pitt, the show has already named a successor to him.
