Special Dispatch to the New-York Times. ALBANY, Wednesday, April 26 -- 10 P.M. The capital of the Empire State to-day paid a noble tribute to the memory of ABRAHAM LINCOLN. Business was entirely suspended, buildings were wreathed in black, and military and civic associations turned out in a most imposing pageant. No such crowd was ever before seen here. The streets were a perfect sea of human beings; multitudes who hoped to catch a glimpse of the placid features of the martyr President, went away disappointed. Gov. FENTON was serenaded to-night by a splendid band which played at LINCOLN's inauguration....
