The Best Queer Books of 2025, According to All the Lists

During “Best Books of the Year” list season, I’ve been searching through the biggest lists for the queer titles. The ideal way to see the buzziest queer books of the year would be to compile all the biggest lists and see which titles get mentioned the most—luckily, my colleague Kelly Jensen has already done that! Check out “What Books Showed Up Across All The ‘Best of 2025’ Lists? Let’s Dig In!” for the full list. From there, I just had to pick out the queer books.
