The 1% Club Rollover delivered its first huge win last night, with one contestant scooping an eye-watering £194,000 – so naturally fans are already asking: what time is it back on tonight?

Lee Mack’s week-long special is now in full swing, and viewers seem to have finally wrapped their heads around the spin-off’s twisty new format. The rules have shifted, the stakes are higher, and a select few contestants now get multiple cracks at that ever-growing prize pot.

So who’s still in the running? Did returning player Chris survive another night? And which contestants have already cashed in on the rollover jackpot?

Here’s the lowdown on the format, the winners so far and exactly when you need to tune in again this evening.

How does The 1% Club Rollover work?

The 1% Club Rollover is a brand new special brought to fans by ITV this December. The Christmas treat is running over five consecutive nights and is hosted by Lee Mack.

The usual Saturday night quiz show has been supersized. But how does it work?

Starting on Monday, each night 100 contestants will try their luck to win the show. In a change to the usual format, however, the finalists who answer the 1% question can return the next night to play again.

This means the prize pot can roll over, giving them the chance to double, then triple their winnings – and so on. With this continuing throughout the week, it could be huge for some canny players.

If successful contestants return on 5 consecutive nights, they could end up winning a staggering £500,000!

Sue Murphy, head of Factual Entertainment at ITV, says: “The 1% Club Rollover as event TV is a perfect fit. The series continues to go from strength to strength and has become a must watch in homes across the country on Saturday nights.

“This special Rollover week will really be a primetime event that will have the nation hooked. Five nights of The 1% Club and Lee Mack… What’s not to like?”

What are the questions?

The 1% Club uses a mixture of common-sense, logic and trick questions. As a result, the shows fans span in age from children to pensioners.

There are maths puzzles, riddles and visual questions, along with word puzzles and logic questions. There are no general knowledge questions. Basically, there is something for everyone.

The questions on The 1% Club Rollover will be no different, meaning the whole family can join in. It doesn’t matter what you got in your GCSEs or A Levels, your success depends on the way your brain works.

The game always begins with the 90% question. This means 90% of 1,000 people surveyed in the UK answered it correctly. It then moves down to 80% and so on.

When it comes to the 1% question, only 10 people out of the 1,000 surveyed will have got it right.

It isn’t all about the questions, though. Lee’s interactions with the audience members really does make the show a fun watch!

Can I play along at home?

If you’re already hooked on The 1% Club, chances are you’ve tried your hand at the play-along version during the regular series. But if you haven’t dipped in yet, now’s the perfect moment to get involved.

When the show is on air, you can pit yourself against your mates or the rest of the family by tackling the questions in real time on your phone or tablet. And from what we understand, the same feature should be available for The 1% Club Rollover, so you won’t miss out on the fun.

Joining in couldn’t be easier – just download the official The 1% Club app on your Android or iOS device and you’re good to go.

What happened last night?

Tuesday night’s episode kicked off with Chris back for his second attempt at cracking the 1% question. He was the only contestant to reach the final hurdle on Monday’s debut show – a night that saw an incredible 21 players wiped out by question three alone.

Rather than risk it all, Chris chose to walk away from the 1% question, banking £10,000 for making it that far plus an extra £1,000 for holding on to his free pass. His decision meant the entire prize pot rolled over to Tuesday’s game.

Sadly, lightning didn’t strike twice. Chris made it as far as the 10% question but was knocked out when he failed to identify the missing letters in an anagram of ‘spring summer’. Still, £11,000 isn’t a bad two-day total.

The real drama came from two fresh contestants. Both Michelle and Nathaniel powered their way to the 1% question, and thanks to Chris’s rollover, they were playing for a massive £194,000. They both chose to gamble… but only Michelle nailed it, walking away with the full jackpot. Nathaniel, unfortunately, fell at the final question.

Because of the Rollover format, the story doesn’t end there. Both Michelle and Nathaniel return again tonight (Wednesday December 10), joining 98 brand-new contestants as Lee Mack resets the game.

Tonight’s starting pot is expected to be around £100,000. And if Michelle makes it to the end for a second night in a row, it could be another jaw-dropping finish.

What time is The 1% Club Rollover on tonight?

The 1% Club Rollover will continue tonight (Wednesday December 10, 2025) with the third instalment of its week-long special. Lee Mack will be back on screens at 9pm on both ITV1 and ITVX.

Following last night’s episode, the show’s official X account cheered Chris on.

It wrote: “Congrats to Chris for taking his 11k. He rolls over to tomorrow. As does the prize pot. A MASSIVE prize could be won tomorrow – or an even bigger prize pot could go to Wednesday. And Chris gets another go. See you tomorrow.”

And the fun doesn’t stop there. The 1% Club continues across Thursday and Friday too, airing at 9pm each night for a full hour.
