Suspected pedophile accused of sexually assaulting a child in Snapchat video was identified by crass tattoo on her leg, cops say

Victoria Anne Cranmer, 25, of New Jersey, allegedly recorded a 14-second Snapchat video of herself sexually abusing a young girl under the age of 13 who had been entrusted to her care.
