Though there are plenty of contenders, it's safe to say that Mace Windu is one of the coolest characters in Star Wars, thanks to both Samuel L Jackson's portrayal, and his overall power within the lore. He's arguably the strongest of the Jedi Order bar Yoda, and he comes out on top against Palpatine until Anakin finally loses his grip and completes his turn to the Dark Side.
