It looks like we didn't need to worry too much over that 2-year cliffhanger from Season 2, as the entire Enterprise crew is all smiles in the latest trailer for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. The hit prequel series is set to return after a lengthy hiatus later this summer, picking up where Season 2 left off with Captain Pike on the edge of Federation space with half his crew held captive in enemy territory. It appears that all will be resolved when the series returns as each member of the crew — even those who were held hostage or even infected like Pike's (Anson Mount) girlfriend Batel (Melanie Scrofano) — are setting off on new adventures in the new trailer.
