Stalker of 'Bad Guy' singer Billie Eilish killed by LIRR train: officials

Prenell Rousseau, arrested in 2020 for stalking pop singer Billie Eilish, was struck and killed by a train in Long Island apparently while jogging on or near the tracks, officials and sources said.
