Rick Stein cafe closes in Cornwall as his restaurant empire suffers mounting losses after Rachel Reeves' NI tax raid

The café closed on Wednesday with a spokesman adding this week that another one of the chef's struggling food branches in Wiltshire could also be shutting for good.
