Brandon Aubrey is getting paid.

The Dallas Cowboys kicker signed a four-year, $28 million extension with the team, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported on Monday.

Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Aubrey becomes the highest-paid player ever at his position with the deal, which includes $20 million guaranteed.

The 31-year-old is widely regarded among the best kickers in the league, having nailed 88.2 per cent of his field-goal attempts through three seasons, including a career-long of 65 yards.

He is the first kicker with three 60-plus-yard field goals in a season and three 50-plus-yard field goals in a game.

Aubrey has also missed just four of 130 extra-point attempts for Dallas.

The Cowboys will now focus their attention to this week’s draft as well as receiver George Pickens, who was franchise tagged and has until July 15 to sign a long-term extension.
