Remember the After Series? Well, It’s Time For a Refresher Because the Last Entry in the Controversial Series Is Streaming Now on Netflix

The After franchise is one of, if not the, most successful series of Wattpad book-to-screen adaptations, with five movies total, and its final installment, After Everything, just hit Netflix. Based on the After novels written by Castille Landon, which started out as Harry Styles fanfiction, the series follows the lives and toxic relationship of Tessa (Josephine Langford) and Hardin (Hero Fiennes-Tiffin) over the span of several years. The first After film was released in 2019, with a new sequel dropping annually until 2023 with the release of After Everything, which focuses almost exclusively on Hardin but eventually wraps up his and Tessa’s tumultuous love story.
