A forgotten Brad Pittsci-fi movie, which even got him an Oscar nomination, was rebooted for the small screen. The movie's television follow-up never gained mainstream popularity but is still easily among the best time travel shows of all time. With its four-season run, the show in question stood at an 88% critics' score on Rotten Tomatoes and managed to tell a well-rounded and complete story.
