'Recurring signalling fault' in London causing Thameslink disruptions across Herts

A signalling fault in London this afternoon is causing disruptions to the Thameslink network across Hertfordshire, with passengers travelling southbound from St Albans City, Welwyn Garden City and Stevenage advised to plan ahead.
