Ranbir Kapoor Feels Grateful As Fan Gifts Him Ram Mandir Themed Jacket at Ramayana Event

Ranbir Kapoor is on cloud nine after a fan gifted him a Ram Mandir-inspired jacket at the Ramayana event in Los Angeles. Interestingly, he will be seen playing Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari's movie. The first part will release on Diwali 2026, while the second part will release on Diwali 2027. The movie will also star Sai Pallavi, Ravie Dubey, Sunny Deol and more in crucial roles.


Ranbir was seen at a Los Angeles event, where he interacted with fans about Ramayana. The teaser for the first part was launched at the event as fans got to see glimpses from the grand movie being made. At the event, Ranbir spoke about playing Lord Ram and working with co-stars like Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol and more. He also thanked the audience in Los Angeles for their love and appreciation.

Ranbir also received a special gift from a fan, who introduced himself as a fashion designer. He gifted Ranbir his own design, a customised red bandhgala-style jacket featuring intricate threadwork inspired by the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. The ensemble also featured a depiction of Lord Ram on the back.

A video has been going viral on social media, where the fan is seen presenting him with the special gift and shaking hands with him. The fan also mentions that he was inspired by the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya while making the piece.

Ranbir, who portrays Lord Ram in the film, appeared genuinely delighted. He was seen closely admiring the jacket’s craftsmanship before sharing it with his team, drawing attention to its intricate embroidery and design details. The jacket showcased intricate embroidery of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir along the hem, while the back displayed a complete depiction of Lord Ram. The gold threadwork contrasted beautifully with the red fabric, lending it an opulent and traditional appeal.
