Karate Kid: Legends director Jonathan Entwistle recently revealed details on his scrapped Power Rangers reboot, which would have seen the multiverse coming together against Lord Drakkon. In 2020, it was announced that Entwistle would be developing a new Power Rangers universe that would consist of movies and TV shows. It was later reported that the project was being reshaped into a Netflix original series, with writer Jenny Klein penning the show. However, after a series of behind-the-scenes changes, Entwistle's Power Rangers universe ended up not moving forward.
