Johnny Depp’s Captain Jack Sparrow is unarguably one of the most intriguing characters in movie history. His portrayal of the iconic pirate, a mix of Pepé Le Pew and Keith Richards, kept the Pirates of the Caribbean's stories unpredictable and the audience on the edge of their seats. So, a new movie in the franchise would be practically unthinkable without him, and his co-stars Keira Knightley, who played Elizabeth Swan, and Orlando Bloom as Will Turner, though the latter two have already missed one installment.
