Pennzoil 400 rating drop leads to fans taking a dig at NASCAR: “But I thought the playoffs were the problem!”

TV ratings for the recently concluded Penzoil 400 saw a 3% drop from last year's numbers, and fans couldn't help but point fingers at NASCAR. The Las Vegas race also posted an 8% decline in viewership.
