New Jersey Attorney General Jennifer Davenport is continuing the lawsuit against Glock that her predecessor Matthew Platkin filed last year, and her latest move in the litigation has Second Amendment groups crying foul. As part of the state's discovery process, Davenport has sent subpoenas to FFLs in the Garden State demanding they produce records related to every Glock handgun that's been purchased in their stores over the past decade.
