When it comes to crime thriller shows on streaming, very few titles have the same claim to fame as the Bosch franchise, starring the great Titus Welliver. Welliver played Bosch for years on Prime Video, first in Bosch and later in Bosch: Legacy, and although both shows are off the air for now, he’s still set to return in the second season of Ballard, which will likely premiere on Prime Video before the end of this year. Bosch is based on the legendary series of crime novels from author Michael Connelly, who is also famous for writing another series of books that have been adapted into both film and television. We’re talking, of course, about The Lincoln Lawyer, which was first told in live-action via a Matthew McConaughey-starring film before Netflix nabbed the rights and turned it into a series.
