Television lost one of its most heartfelt dramas back in 2022 with the series finale of NBC's This Is Us, and neither Justin Hartley's Tracker nor Sterling K. Brown's Paradise filled the void left by the Pearson family. As of late 2025, however, Netflix became the place to be for a show with excellent This Is Us vibes, and the eight-part drama has been overlooked ever since it was released. Ripple offers an emotional ride that could rival This Is Us's tear-jerking run, if it lasts long enough.
