Netflix is no stranger to a sleeper hit emerging from nowhere and turning into a smash hit for the streamer, but few of them have ever hit quite as big as The Lincoln Lawyer. The show is adapted from a series of novels by acclaimed crime writer Michael Connelly, the man behind Titus Welliver’s Bosch series, Ballard, and the upcoming Bosch: Start of Watch. But while Netflix did renew The Lincoln Lawyer for Season 5, the streamer has already confirmed that it will be the final season of the show. That does leave a gaping legal thriller-shaped hole in Netflix's catalog. Good thing there's something on the way.
