Netanyahu says Israel and Hamas expected to begin Gaza ceasefire's second phase soon

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday that the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire is expected to start "very shortly" upon Hamas returning the remains of the last hostage from the October 7 attacks, while Israel's army chief referred to the current demarcation line in Palestinian territory as a "new border".
