The NCIS franchise is riding about as high as ever this fall. Between the returns of franchise mainstays Mark Harmon and Michael Weatherly, the debut of the LL COOL J-led NCIS: New York, and more, viewership is up across all three series on Tuesday nights, starting with a gargantuan CBS premiere week. Both the mothership and New York were among the top ten most-watched network television shows from October 4 through 10, with Dancing with the Stars and Chicago Med the only two non-CBS programs that came in higher. Origins shouldn't be slept on either, though. The young Gibbs-centric (Austin Stowell) prequel was up to 4.39 million views, marking a 20% increase as viewers tuned in to see the return of Harmon to the screen.
