Like Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, and the Avengers, the X-Men have been the focus of multiple animated Marvel TV shows. This version depicted the majority of its featured mutant superheroes and villains as teenagers, and the series earned positive critical reception during its four seasons on the air.
