Lili Reinhart's adaptation of The Love Hypothesis has officially hit the number 1 slot on Prime Video in 49 countries, and the success is a great sign for Amazon's bigger plan. When the movie premiered on September 23, there was zero doubt that it would be successful. For those who haven’t gotten the chance to watch the movie or read the book, the romance follows PhD candidate Olive Smith (Lili Reinhart) and young professor Adam Carlsen (Tom Bateman), who agree to fake-date to convince Olive’s best friend that she’s moved on from her past relationship. The premise alone is rom-com gold, but it's more than that.
