Paramount+ is officially hauling in The Naked Gun for the crime of man's laughter. A streaming date has just been set for the Liam Neeson-led reboot of the beloved Leslie Nielsen-led action comedy franchise, nearly two months after its premiere in theaters to rapturous praise from critics and audiences alike. With Akiva Schaffer at the helm and the Taken star stepping into the shoes of Frank Drebin Jr., it managed to score a Certified Fresh 88% on Rotten Tomatoes, thanks in part to its reverence for the same brand of surreal humor established in the classic trilogy that started it all. Viewers won't have to wait much longer to enjoy the laughs from home, now, as it'll be available starting tomorrow, September 30.
