Kelsey Grammer to Star in New EMT Drama Series in Development at NBC

Getty Kelsey Grammer may soon be returning to NBC. 20 years after the end of his hit sitcom Frasier, the 71-year-old Emmy-winning actor will be starring in and executive producing the new EMT drama series Pops currently in development at the network, Deadline reports. The series is being written by longtime Chicago Med writer/producer Danny Weiss. In Pops, Kelsey will play the titular character, "a man aged out of a successful career who, in desperate need of a fresh start, jumps into the chaotic world of emergency medicine alongside first responders half his age."
