The suspect who threatened a mass shooting and led police on a heavily armed standoff at the Sunset Station Casino parking garage appeared in court Wednesday. Allison Howlett faces several charges including assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, making a threat related to an act of terrorism, grand larceny of a vehicle, grand larceny of a firearm, and resisting a public officer with a firearm.
