Just over six years after viewers last saw the Abbott family and nearly five years after development began, A Quiet Place Part III is now closer than ever to being a reality. Last year, John Krasinski set his return to the director's chair for the threequel, which he also penned as a final chapter to the clan's story of survival in the wake of an invasion by a sound-sensitive alien menace. As of March, the cast is now set, with Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe all returning as the Abbotts alongside Cillian Murphy's survivor Emmett and three big newcomers in Jack O'Connell, Katy O'Brien, and Jason Clarke. All the pieces are in place for filming to begin this spring, which Karsinski can now officially confirm.
