Super Cube is once again in the spotlight, but this time for its horrendous English dubbing that was tested out by the Chinese streaming platform, iQIYI. In a test to see how AI could tackle the task of replicating human voices for an English-speaking audience, iQIYI came out with an episode for the rising donghua, and audiences are less than impressed at the results that have come from it. AI is still a heated topic among the anime community, after the incident with Studio Ghibli's AI-generated images, but now it's in a brand-new controversy.
