The New York Islanders have reached a deal with their 2024 first-round pick.
New York announced Wednesday that it has signed Boston University centre Cole Eiserman to a three-year, entry-level deal.
He also signed an amateur tryout with the Bridgeport Islanders, which will allow him to join the club for the AHL playoffs.
Eiserman, the 20th selection in 2024, had 18 goals and 10 assists in 32 games for Boston University in his sophomore season.
In 2024-25, his freshman campaign, Eiserman scored 25 goals in 39 games.
The 19-year-old represented the United States at each of the last two world junior tournaments. In the 2026 edition, Eiserman recorded two goals and one assist in five games for the U.S.
