Is Iran's parliamentary speaker Ghalibaf negotiating with the US?

US President Donald Trump claimed on Monday that the United States had been negotiating with an unnamed Iranian leader whom he described as "very reasonable". Media reports have since speculated that the Iranian interlocutor could be 64-year-old pilot and parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
