When thinking of the reasons why I was anticipating The Fantastic Four: First Steps, I had so many unanswered questions swirling in my head. Will Marvel Studios redeem the failure of the three previous adaptation attempts? Will Mr. Fantastic's (Pedro Pascal) stretching powers still look like freakish gloop? Will we get to see The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) in his signature blue hoochie daddy shorts? One question that I had never thought would occur to me is: could the Silver Surfer (Julia Garner) be a scene-stealer?
