Landman season 2 arrives soon, and I'm happy that Taylor Sheridan's West Texas oil drama is defying one of the biggest problems with other hit shows on streaming. Sheridan, who oversees the TV juggernaut Yellowstone franchise, co-created Landman with Christian Wallace, and the show is based on the podcast, Boomtown, about the fortune-seeking world of Texas oil rigs. Landman season 1 starred Billy Bob Thornton, Ali Larter, Michelle Randolph, Jacob Lofland, Kayla Wallace, Paulina Chavez, Jon Hamm, and Demi Moore.
