George R.R. Martin is famous for his A Song of Ice and Fire novel series, which ultimately spurned the HBO adaptation of Game of Throneswhich took pop culture by storm. His work on the novel Fire & Blood also inspired the prequel series, House of the Dragon, which is headed for its penultimate season. Despite having television shows which were adapted from his own written works, Martin has revealed his favorite episodes of television. While referencing a list by Vanity Fair, Martin, in a blog post on his webpage Not A Blog, revealed that his favorite episode ever is the finale of the drama series, Six Feet Under.
