Kristina’s vendetta began when she discovered Ava and Ric had blackmailed Alexis over her accidental role in cutting the wrong car’s brakes, which nearly killed them. Instead of feeling remorse, Kristina became angry that her mistake had been used as leverage against her mother. Now, she’s on a mission to take Ava down, and her strategy is anything but subtle.

At the Metro Court pool, Kristina approached Cody with a bold offer to seduce Ava. Kristina made it clear that she wanted Ric to see Ava for who she was, mainly for the sake of her sister, Molly. Molly can’t stand that their father is dating Ava. Kristina believes Ava’s caused enough damage already, including the death of her brother, Morgan, and the collapse of Molly’s pregnancy.

Cody seemed skeptical. He asked why she was targeting Ava and pointed out Ava’s reputation for being dangerous. But Kristina sweetened the deal. She promised to pay him with cash upfront. Cody agreed to give it a shot. However, he told her he’d need serious hazard pay if he was going to seduce someone like Ava Jerome.

In the latest General Hospital episode, Kristina filled Alexis in at her office. She proudly announced that she had a plan to take care of Ava by hiring Cody to charm her. Alexis was horrified. Kristina clarified it wasn’t like that Cody just happened to bump into Ava at the pool, and she saw an opportunity.
