Hilltop National Bank closes Wyoming branches after cybersecurity incident

Hilltop National Bank, based in Casper, Wyoming, took its internal banking systems offline Wednesday after identifying a cybersecurity incident that disrupted online and mobile banking, telephone service and scheduled payments.
